States Have Not Given Priority for the National Policy of Straw (paraali) Management.

Mr. S P Singh writes on “National Policy for Straw (paraali) Management. The Ministry of Agriculture allocated funds to the northern states (Punjab, Haryana, UP, Rajasthan) to purchase equipment to manage the Paraali Burning. But States are on denial mode” published in Dainik Jagran.
